I have worked in marketing for 15 years and most recently as a Director of Marketing in Financial Services.


I am a Board Director of the European Sponsorship Association (ESA) and am a speaker at international conferences about marketing and sponsorship.


I have a wealth of experience throughout the whole marketing remit. I read Business Studies & Marketing Management at University; have the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) Diploma and Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing and have been a Chartered Marketer since 2007, proving that not only am I highly qualified in marketing, but that I continually develop my education, learning about the latest trends and how to apply them.


I am now focused on helping other companies to be more strategic with their marketing, with a special interest in sponsorship and its effective integration into the marketing mix.


I apply strategic marketing theory and experience, adapted to today’s market, to get the best results for every client.

As well as being responsible for the entire marketing activity for my previous firm, I also managed their sponsorship of the Barbarians rugby team.


It was during that time that I built considerable contacts in the world of rugby, became a huge fan of the sport and started playing for my local club.


I have since assisted my local rugby club with marketing and sponsorship and have written ‘sponsorship’ and ‘social media’ toolkits which the RFU now use in a nationwide initiative to help all clubs.

I was also invited to sit on the Rugby World Cup 2015 Activation & Legacy Group and currently sit on the RFU’s Rugby Growth Sub-Committee.

Research, strategy and planning are my focus at Millharbour Marketing, utilising my previous experience in B2B industry and my postgraduate education in marketing management, project management, philosophy, neurosciences and arts.

I constantly search for improvements to our marketing tools, to be able to provide measurable results and investment return for our clients, with a combination of creativity and effectiveness that is part of all the aspects of my life: rigorous when researching, long-sighted when planning and creative when finding solutions.
